Rates for Fishing trips*

*20% Tip for mate is REQUIRED.
 

BOOKING A CHARTER:

Departure times are 5:00am for inshore and Bass & Blues trips, 5:00am for all offshore trips, and night departure times will be discussed.  All bookings require a $150 deposit. All deposits must be received within 10 days of booking. Deposits can be made by personal check. Any returned check will forfeit charter and a $25.00 returned check fee will be deducted from the return of your deposit.

The balance of the charter will be paid prior to leaving the dock on the day of the trip by cash or money order. Please make checks payable to:

Cancellations:

Cancellations due to weather, rough seas, mechanical defect, or any other conditions will be made by the Captain at the dock on the day of the charter. However, the Captain may notify the charter of cancellation prior to that. In the event of cancellation by the Captain, every attempt will be made to reschedule in a timely manner or the deposit will be refunded. The Captain may choose to shorten a charter at any point during the trip if necessary for the safety of everyone on board. The Captain will refund a portion of the cost unless the trip is shortened due to the conduct of a client.

A full refund of the deposit will be made if a cancellation is made by the client via phone, mail, or email no less than 14 days prior to the date of the charter. Any cancellations within 14 days of the charter, including no-show on the date, will result in a forfeit of the deposit.

WHAT TO BRING ON THE DAY OF YOUR CHARTER:

1. Foul Weather Gear: The boat is an open center console and you will be exposed to the weather.

2. Sunscreen

3. Camera

4. Polarized Sunglasses

5. Sea sickness medication

6. Rubber Soled Shoes (PLEASE NO BLACK SOLES)

7. lunch bag (we will provide soda and water)

8. your own tackle if so desired. All tackle is provided however if you chose to bring your own please in form us at time of booking.
    

WHAT NOT TO BRING ON THE DAY OF YOUR CHARTER:

1. ALCOHOL, Hard alcohol is not allowed per the insurance company. In the event Hard alcohol is brought aboard the trip will be terminated and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

2. ILLEGAL DRUGS, Illegal drugs will not be tolerated. In the event illegal drugs are brought aboard the trip will be terminated and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
